Fave Special Needs Ministry Blogs

About a year ago, I was introduced to the concept of special needs ministry. Since then, I’ve been introduced to some top notch special needs blogs and, in some cases, the bloggers behind them.
Six Special Ministries Blogs
The blogs and their bloggers have been my teachers, encouragers, and inspiration. So today, I’m paying them forward by introducing them to you.
- Diving for Pearls with Katie Wetherbee
- The Inclusive Church with Amy Fenton Lee
- Making Room with Michael Woods
- Special Needs Ministry also with Michael Woods
- the works of God displayed with Shannon Dingle
- Church 4 Every Child with Steve Grcevich
Choose Your Flavor
Each of the blogs has a slightly different flavor. Katie Wetherbee’s blog (you may recognize her name from this post) is rich with easy-to-implement ideas for Sunday school teachers and parents. Amy Fenton Lee tailors her posts for children’s ministry workers. At Making Room, Michale Woods presents topics from across the board, while at Special Needs Ministry he features posts from a variety of special needs ministry blogs. Shannon Dingle writes from the perspective of a special needs ministry worker. And Steve Grcvich, a child psychologist, shares his professional expertise with parents and church staff.
Share Your Favorites
So, what are your favorite special needs ministry blogs? If a blog and blogger has taught, encouraged, or inspired you, pay it forward by leaving a comment and a link.
Thanks,
Jolene

Thanks, Jolene! Your blog is a blessing to me (and many others) too.
Thanks for the kind words you shared about our Key Ministry blogs, as well as Michael’s blogs. It was a pleasure getting to most of your talk today…very much looking forward to your book in October.
Steve, Shannon, and Katie,
You are most welcome. Thanks for all you do to minister to families!
